I don’t know about you, but I dislike waiting in lines. That’s why I have such a hard time trying to eat with friends at Haidilao—this hotpot place is notorious for their long queues. After the restaurant’s big reveal of their AI-powered outlet in Marina Square, the advancement of their technology came as no surprise to me.
Having said that, Haidilao has just announced their table reservation service on its website from 11 January 2020!
Haidilao is one of Singapore’s most reputable hotpot restaurants when it comes to exemplary service and food quality. People from all over the country flock here for a satisfying meal.
I can’t even count the times when I had to hang around for over an hour to even get a table—though Haidilao also ensures that guests are comfortable during the wait.
To use this feature, all you have to do is scan the QR code on the poster above and access the booking page. Bookings can be made in 15-minute intervals from 10.30am onwards.
The only downside is that online reservation is only available at six out of 12 Haidilao restaurants.
