The only way to find this restaurant is by driving to Kampung Teluk Jaya, which is a 20-minute drive from the Johor Causeway. The place usually opens at 9am, so you can indulge in your breakfast and take in the morning vibes. Not a lot of visitors come in the daytime since the popularity of this place seems to be during the evening and night. You should see how stunning the views are then!
They typically serve Western or fusion food here. Try the Chicken Maryland (RM33) and Grilled Lamb Shoulder (RM61) if you’re looking for something heavy. If you’re feeling peckish, opt for the Buffalo Wings (RM25) or Mozzarella Sticks (RM24) for something lighter to bite on before the main dish arrives.
The Grilled Lamb Shoulder comes with a succulent piece of grilled lamb paired with broccoli, tomatoes, jacket potatoes, and some black pepper sauce. The Chicken Maryland consists of a breaded chicken thigh, a cucumber salad, French fries, and a side of black pepper sauce.
Apart from serving up amazing dishes, Hidden Garden by the Sea also features a live band or local artist performing daily to entertain guests while they enjoy their meals.
