It’s Mambo Jambo time along with Giant Gumbos! This 9 September 2017, Funzing Singapore will be bringing to you a night filled with Creole food, music and dance.

Creole cuisine blends French, Spanish, West African, Haitian, Italian and Irish flavours, with cooking methods varying from stew to baking, and even smothering.

Enjoy a buffet line that boasts a host of appetisers and desserts, with dishes such as Seafood Gumbo, Home-made Corn bread, Shrimp Creole, Red Beans & Rice, Jambalaya and more!

Burn off the calories gained with a mini dance lesson after by Sinclair Ang and Denise Lwin as they show you how to boogie-woogie and dance the Lindy Hop. Spend your Saturday night mingling with new people and catching up with your friends over food bursting with yummy and hearty seafood flavours.
