Honestly, if I were a cafe, I would be represented perfectly by K. Patisserie. Not a day goes by where I’m not daydreaming about my next slice of cake, and it’s a goal of mine to possess everything in various shades of pink.

Well, if you’re anything like me, your next cafe-hopping girls day might just be to this adorable little space at Tanjong Pagar, which boasts an array of sweet treats made in-house. Their Speculoos Cheesecake (S$8) is top on my to-try list at K. Patisserie, especially when it’s biscoff-topped, made with a biscoff cookie base, and layered with speculoos drizzle. Now that is a cake that’s worth its calories, if I do say so myself.

Speaking of cake, I wouldn’t say no to their Pulut Hitam Cake (S$8.50) either. If you’re a fan of the local pulut hitam dessert, why not give the cake version a shot? This beauty is studded with glutinous rice to give it its signature chewiness, though the smooth cream will help to balance it all out. Is it just me, or is your mouth watering too?

Of course, dessert enthusiasts aren’t going to stop there. I’m not leaving K. Patisserie until I get my hands on that luscious 70% Dark Chocolate Tart (S$8). If you’re in the mood for something lighter, their Passionfruit Meringue Tart (S$8) looks like it would be an instant mood boost.

Wash it all down with their Matcha Lattes (S$6.50) or a fragrant Black Sesame Latte (S$6.50) while you indulge in an afternoon of desserts and coffee sipping whilst surrounded by lush pink accents.
