Kenny Rogers Re-Opening With Halal-Certified Menu & Healthier Options

It hasn’t been a hot minute since Kenny Rogers announced the closure of their last outlet at Great World City. This left loads of fans queuing up for one last meal over the past week. However, it wouldn’t be long before they can enjoy tearing into their signature chicken again.

Kenny Rogers will be re-opening in the near future with a brand new concept and a halal-certified menu.

Lao Huo Tang Group of Companies, the homegrown F&B group helming popular brands such as Lao Huo Tang and Eng’s Wantan Noodles, has taken over the master franchise rights.

The new Kenny Rogers will be halal-certified, to be more inclusive and cater to our muslim friends. Besides catering to a larger group of consumers, Lao Huo Tang Group will also be lowering the prices of their menu items to be more affordable. While the exact prices are not available yet, they are expected to be under S$20.

This could be attributed to their upcoming fast and casual restaurant concept. While they will not be offering full service, trust that food will still be of substantial quality. Living up to the code of being efficient, consumers should receive their order within 10 minutes.

With rising health concerns, they will also be tweaking the menu to include healthier options. This includes fish alternatives such as salmon. However, loyal patrons need not worry. Their famed go-to items such as the Rotisserie Chicken and Corn Muffin will still be available.

Would you try out the new Kenny Rogers when they officially open again? I would, out of curiosity, to check out the revamped menu, system and have another go at those delicious corn muffins!
