If you ask me what my favourite chocolate is, there’s no doubt I’ll say that it’s Kinder Bueno. Directly translating to “children” in German and “good” in Spanish, I’d say it was aptly named because it was indeed a great childhood snack.
In 2019, Italian chocolatier Kinder launched five different types of Kinder Ice Cream in Dublin, Ireland. A perfect blend of chocolate wafers and hazelnut creme, the Kinder Bueno is already flawless on its own. Add ice cream to the mix and you’ve got a sensational dessert to help you power through the unforgiving tropical weather.

The Kinder Bueno Ice Cream Cone (RM9.90) features hazelnut milk ice cream with a milk chocolate core—wrapped in a wafer cone to add a nice crunch to the dessert. Sprinkled with chocolate bits and with a thin layer of hazelnut cream slathered on the top, the Kinder Bueno Ice Cream Cone serves as a perfect treat in the hot and humid weather.
Made with milk ice cream sandwiched between two cookies, the Kinder Ice Cream Sandwich (RM5.50) sure looks delicious. The cookies are no ordinary cookies—made of out rice, oat, wheat, barley, and rye, these bakes are specially made to suit the creamy milk ice cream perfectly.

Resembling yet another childhood dessert, the Kinder Ice Cream Stick looks uncannily like popsicles I used to enjoy when I was younger. In an aesthetically-pleasing colour block pattern, the top half features Kinder chocolate milk and the lower half is milk ice cream made out of 40% fresh cream.
