From 8 Jan till 21 Jan 2024, Meatsmith, a distinguished establishment under Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, will take centre stage for a dynamic 2-week pop-up at the elegant Eden Restaurant located in Pullman Singapore Orchard.

Meatsmith is celebrated for its expertise in crafting American Southern BBQ Smokehouse delicacies. Throughout this limited engagement, guests can anticipate indulging in Meatsmith’s signature dishes, including starters like Brisket Spring Rolls, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, and Beef Cheek Pastrami.

The culinary journey continues with a wide selection from the smokers and grills, featuring the Pulled Pork Burger, Beef Brisket, and juicy 3-hour Smoked Pork Ribs, complemented by a variety of meat platters.
