The popular Menbaka Fire Ramen located at Cineleisure is the talk of the town with its new Fiery Express Meal. Originally from Kyoto, Japan, the ramen restaurant is well-known for its ‘fiery’ finishing touches— torching a bowl of ramen to give it its charred flavour and additional points for theatrical value.

Master Miyazawa, the man behind the brand, has left his son, Shin Miyazawa, to run the show in Singapore. Shin Miyazawa brings the heat along with him, like his father, and makes for an interesting conversationalist.
