The Guest Cafe & Diner: ‘Minions Escape’ Pop-Up Cafes Are Sprouting Up In Japan From Now Till Early Sept ’17

Bello! seems like Japan’s catching up with the Golden Arches’ Despicable Me craze.

If you’re planning a trip soon, prep yourself for the super cute pop-up ‘Minion Escape Cafe‘, available in The Guest Cafe & Diner in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Hokkaido.

Food and drinks aside, there will be a variety of merchandises that include toothbrush sets, mugs, container sets and more.

There will be interesting Despicable Me-themed dishes such as GRU&DRU twins hamburger, Minion Pudding, and the Up-side-down Minion jelly soda that’s reminiscent of the character’s iconic colours.

You can definitely count on the folks from the land of anime to bring the Minions to life on your plate.

Be quick though, because the pop-up cafes will “disappear” after early September 2017, and you can check for the exact dates for the different prefecture’s cafes at the official website.
