Approximately a week ago, we bid goodbye to our beloved pink hooded rabbit from Sanrio—My Melody—with the closure of My Melody Café at Suntec City on 17 November 2019.
If you have yet to visit this adorable character-themed café or would like to reminiscence the little joy and excitement you have previously experienced in My Melody Café Singapore, we are glad to inform you that My Melody is finally opening her own permanent character café in Osaka, Japan!
The cafe which will be situated on the 7th Floor of Hep Five—a department store situated within a three-minute walk from Hankyu Umeda Station in Osaka—is set to open its doors to Sanrio fans on 5 December 2019.
Be transported to a different dimension filled with rainbows of pastel colors, as you enjoy a meal with My Melody and her friends—My Sweet Piano and Kuromi.
Although we have yet to catch a glimpse of the café’s full menu items, prepare to be constantly snapping on your camera as you will be presented with dishes that scream cuteness all over!
Besides eating to your heart’s content with these lovable characters, you will also be able to bring home limited My Melody Café merchandise that is being retailed in stores. Do check out Hep Five’s website for more updates!
