The brown sugar trend did not just stop at boba toasts or ice cream renditions of it, Paradise Dynasty is bringing it a notch up with Brown Sugar Lava Xiao Long Bao.

Yes, savoury soupy xiao long bao. Paradise Dynasty has made our dim sum favourite into a sweet treat as part of their newest opening at Suntec City Mall.

Available for redemption only from 25 May to 30 June 2019, simply share a post of Paradise Dynasty Suntec on Facebook or Instagram to get this exclusive off-menu item!

Each bao is delicately packed with molten brown sugar and coconut strips to give an equally satisfying explosion of flavours when you pop them into your mouth.

One of the more exciting releases of the brown sugar series, I must admit. Available for a limited time only, be sure to include them as one of your dim sum choices.

This brown sugar lava xiao long bao inevitably reminds me of the well-loved traditional ondeh-ondeh filled with gula melaka coated with coconut flakes. I wonder how it’ll fare as a bao!

Dates & times: 25 May – 30 June 2019 | 11am – 10pm (Mon to Fri), 10.30am – 10pm (Sat, Sun & PH)
