Foodies and Easties alike are no strangers to Old Airport Road Food Centre. Rejoice, for Phở Me Beef Noodles has reopened at this famed food paradise!
Known for their authentic Northern-style pho, Phở Me Beef Noodles recently reopened their stall on 31 May 2023 at unit #01-71. Phở Me Beef Noodles had previously set up shop in Apr 2023 in the same hawker centre but at unit #1-17.
They now join two other Vietnamese stalls at Old Airport Road Food Centre to serve up delicious Vietnamese fare.

Unlike the other two which offer classic Vietnamese dishes like banh mi and bun cha, Phở Me Beef Noodles sets itself apart by specialising in Northern-style pho. They focus on wider noodles, clear and simple yet flavourful broth, and various cuts of meat.
Not sure about you, but I would definitely want to try out their Smashed Rare Beef Pho (S$6). The smashed beef is hand-chopped to make it extra tender and soft for the perfect comforting bowl of pho.
A fan of tendon? Be sure to try out their Tendon Pho (S$6). It comes with a mix of both softer and crunchier tendon pieces for a great textural experience.
For a taste of all of the store’s meaty goodness at once, you should give their Mixed Pho (S$8) a try. A combination of brisket, smashed rare beef, tendon and beef ball, it’s a meat lover’s paradise. I know that’s what I’ll be getting if I ever find myself in the East.
If you can’t decide on which meat, but don’t want to get so many cuts, simply top up S$1 for another meat of choice.
Old Airport Road Food Centre already has so many great options but with Phở Me Beef Noodles’s reopening, it’s another one for the list. Head down to their store for your share of delicious, authentic Northern Vietnamese fare.
