As an eastie, it is quite embarrassing to admit that I don’t know much about Bartley—except for the fact that it is where the newest BTO estate is going to be in a few years time. Perhaps it is for this reason that Pint & Dine, a cafe by day and bistro by night, has decided to open recently at Kensington Square. With the area only bound to get increasingly popular in the coming years, we’d have to say it’s pretty good foresight.

Pint & Dine has a diverse menu that spans from finger food to Korean food, and Western cuisine. For cold and rainy days, you can snuggle up indoors over a steaming bowl of Seafood Ramyeon (S$10), or indulge in some Korean P&D Chicken Wings (S$8) that come in two flavours—Original and Yang Nyum.

The Seasalt Salmon Bowl (S$14), which is a grilled salmon served with rice, mushrooms, broccoli and baby tomatoes, will be a great lunch option. Wine and dine in style from 5.30pm to 8pm with their dinner menu, which includes other dishes like the Aglio Olio (S$12) and Drunken Clams (S$18).

The Unicorn Lemonade (S$6.50), which changes colour when you stir it, is a perfect photo opportunity for you photography enthusiasts while the Banana Walnut Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream (S$8) is just what you need to wrap up your meal with a sweet and satisfying dessert.

Every month, Pint & Dine also has a monthly special—this month’s being the Truffle Pasta topped with Truffle Caviar Crayfish (S$25). It’s a steal considering the exquisite ingredients used in this dish, so hurry and try it before the menu changes at the end of the month.

What’s more, to celebrate their recent opening, Pint & Dine is having a Grand Opening Promotion, which entitles you to 50% off on second mains till 29th November 2020—you have four days left, so what are you waiting for?
