IPPUDO Singapore has launched its first-ever sushi bar, Roll Sushi by IPPUDO, at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. This new venture introduces a fresh twist on traditional sushi with 2 signature styles: Maki, the classic cylindrical roll, and Tatami, a unique sushi sandwich. The menu features 16 distinct house flavours, offering various options to suit different palates.

Customers can also create their own sushi rolls for S$18, choosing a base of either Maki or Tatami, and adding fillings like shrimp, spam, or tamago. For an extra charge, premium ingredients such as Wagyu beef, unagi, or pork chashu can be included. Topping off the creations are a selection of sauces like spicy mayo and teriyaki, along with crunchy sprinkles like garlic chips and tempura flakes.

Notable menu highlights include the Samurai Spice Roll (S$17), bursting with zesty flavours, and the Edo Umami Roll (S$23), which features flame-grilled unagi and ikura. The Tatami options look like little Japanese burgers with seaweed and rice wrapping on the outside. Options like the Spam Omelette Tatami (S$17) offer comfort food with a twist, while the Mentaiko Spam Tatami (S$16) adds a punch of umami flavour.

Roll Sushi by IPPUDO is perfect for a quick bite or a scenic picnic. The sushi bar, which officially opened on 23 September, provides an exciting dining experience for both sushi enthusiasts and casual eaters alike.
