For the Easties who regularly patronise BK Eating House at 824 Tampines Street 81, you may have noticed a new zi char and seafood stall called 三爷 San Ye Seafood, which recently opened on 20 Jan 2024.

The establishment is setup by 3 good buddies, Henry, Justin and Jerome, who have never stepped into the realm of F&B until now. The menu features a good mix of seafood and classic stir-fried favourites spanning over 170 dishes on the menu.

Where do I even begin with the menu? If you’re a solo diner and are looking for a simple, no-frills kind of option, lookout for their rice sets such as Curry Pork Rice (S$7), Mongolian Chicken Rice (S$7), Gong Bao Fish Rice (S$7.50) and Shrimp Tofu Rice (S$8).

Fa La Seafood: Zi char spot with over 115 dishes like chai poh hor fun from $4

Explore their range of zi char dishes like Lala Bee Hoon Soup (S$7), Beef Fried Rice (S$8/S$12) and Seafood Mee Goreng (S$6/S$10).

Obsessed about Crabs (Seasonal Price)? They’ve got you covered with 6 different flavours for you to choose from like White Pepper, Salted, Cream, Steamed, Chilli and Black Pepper.

Warm your bodies with a piping-hot bowl of soup during a cold, rainy day like Seaweed Soup (S$7/S$15), Fish Head Soup (S$7/S$15) and Fish Maw Soup / Crab Meat & Dry Scallop (S$20/S$30).

If you’re dining in a large group and are looking for dishes to complement your plates of plain rice, they have whole fishes like Sea Bass, Red Grouper and Silver Pomfret (Seasonal Price) with an assortment of cooking methods like Asam, Tom Yum, Sweet & Sour and Chai Po Steam.
