Deco Chiffon Cakes is helmed by a self-taught baker, Susanne Ng, known for her talent of giving chiffon cakes an innovative overhaul and turning them into whimsical chiffon cakes.
This time, she’ll be bringing you through a total of six classes, each to be launched every month. These desserts will feature popular Sanrio characters such as My Melody, Hello Kitty, and Little Twin Stars.
The first online baking class will focus on making a My Melody Sweet Chiffon cake (USD$39.99, approximately S$55.51) to celebrate My Melody’s 45th anniversary. With different online class options, the My Melody Sweet Chiffon Online Baking Class and Baking Kit (USD$78.99, approximately S$109.96) includes a downloadable recipe, a My Melody template, a set of pre-weighed baking ingredients, a special My Melody template and a Sanrio Gift Gate voucher.
The best part? Access to unlimited streaming of a step-by-step tutorial video.
Don’t have the necessary baking equipment? Fret not. To help you recreate this kawaii cake straight-away, the baking pans used are also added into the baking kit together with the step-by-step tutorial video. For USD$109.99 (approximately S$152.68), you’ll also be able to snag a six-inch chiffon tube pan and an aluminium baking tray.
