It was just last year when Ramen Keisuke brought Bak Kut Teh Ramen to our shores. If you didn’t manage to try it then, don’t worry. This time, Hokkaido Ramen Santouka Singapore is introducing their take on the fusion dish too.

From 4 March 2019, Santouka’s Ramen Samurai Fire Bak Kut Teh Ramen (S$15) will be available at their new City Square Mall outlet.

For those of you who aren’t into fusion dishes, the ramen chain does an exceptional Tokusen Toriniku Ramen too. The melt-in-your-mouth pork cheeks soaks up all the spices and flavours from the broth.

If you’re planning to try Santouka’s new bak kut teh ramen dish, you’ll have to be the first few in line. They serve only 15 bowls a day!
