Newly opened 24hr food court at Tai Seng, Sinfoodie, has affordable options starting from $2

Who doesn’t love a new food court? It’s almost like opening a gift when you walk into the new space to see the different stalls; a glimpse of every foodie’s dream. Sinfoodie is the newest addition to the Tai Seng neighbourhood, plonked on the first level of the Sakae Building.

The building is easily identifiable with a large frog image plonked in the middle of its facade— iconic from the Sakae Sushi branding.

Sinfoodie, also known as 幸福地 in Chinese, opened on 26 Apr 2023. Clearly, they’ve excited everyone around the area, as the grand opening attracted a crowd that packed the whole space.

Over at the new food court, there’ll be plenty of seating space from indoors to outdoors. So if you’re worried about not getting a seat during peak hour, I won’t think that’ll be an issue here.

Furthermore, the ambience outside is almost reminiscent of an al fresco setting, with rattan chairs and tables.

The 24-hour coffee shop introduces a well-loved spread of stalls. From roti prata to mala xiang guo, you’ll be able to satisfy your cravings from spicy to sweet.

From 26 Apr to 25 May 2023, Sinfoodie will be celebrating their opening by offering coffee and tea at the price of S$0.50.

If you’d like to complete your breakfast experience, the beverage stall will be selling the Breakfast Set at S$2 with a choice of coffee or tea, 2 soft boiled eggs and 2 pieces of toasts.

New to the Tai Seng neighbourhood is Kungfu Mala Hotpot, a renowned mala stall that has stalls islandwide. At Sinfoodie, their mala will be going at S$2 per 100g (applicable to both meat and vegetable items). As they’ll be charging the same rate for all ingredients, it’s definitely a bang for your buck.

Not to mention, you’ll be having a spicy time 24/7 as Kungfu Mala Hotpot will be open for 24 hours at Sinfoodie.

Another notable store would be the one that offers Japanese and Korean cuisine— Haru, with prices starting from of S$5.50. Enjoy a selection of Japanese curry from Curry Rice/Udon with Salmon (S$6.50), Chicken (S$6) or Ebi-fry (S$6).
