You can always count on the annual Formula One Singapore Grand Prix to deliver an amazing weekend.
Race and concert thrills aside, the star-studded weekend of 20 – 22 September 2019 promises a gastronomic experience like no other.
Aficionados looking to wine and dine in the exclusive Singapore Formula 1 Paddock Club™ have much to look forward to.
The 2019 culinary line-up of bespoke speciality concept restaurants will be headlined by celebrity chef and extraordinary food genius Heston Blumenthal.
Hind’s Head by Heston Blumenthal is perhaps the most anticipated debut showcase of all. Blumenthal will be putting a spin on timeless British fare, featuring signatures such as Lapsang Souchong Tea-Smoked Salmon, Veal Chop, and Roasted Scallops.
Expect Japanese and Peruvian-influenced cuisine from NOBU by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa of the world-renowned NOBU empire. There’ll also be sustainably-sourced Australian farm-to-table dining from Rockpool by Neil Perry.
COMO Dempsey will be coming in full force with COMO Cuisine in partnership with Culina, a special culinary showcase featuring premium ingredients. Don’t forget their Michelin-starred restaurants, Candlenut and nahm, and Ippoh Tempura Bar by Ginza Ippoh.
The fun wouldn’t be complete without Tarte by Cheryl Koh‘s artisanal sweets, and a tipple or two from one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Stockton Bar by Maximal Concepts. The Hong Kong establishment will be serving up signature cocktails and spirits to get your spirits up (pun intended).
Can’t you already hear the clink of champagne glasses? We are in for a ride.
