After garnering lots of love from customers previously, the Starbucks Okinawa Brown Sugar Latte (S$7.60 for Hot/Iced, S$8.20 for Frappucino) makes its return so you can get a good boost to start your day. The Okinawa Brown Sugar Latte couples Starbucks signature espresso with Okinawa brown sugar, then topped with whipped cream and brown sugar drizzle.

Known for its deep and complex flavours, Okinawa brown sugar is a premium ingredient from the sun-bathed Japanese island.

Additionally, Starbucks gives matcha fans a treat with their Pure Matcha Latte (S$6.90 for Hot/Iced) as well as the newly concocted Black Sesame Pure Matcha Latte with Taro Foam (S$7.60 for Hot/Iced).

The Pure Matcha Latte is a smooth, creamy and lightly sweetened beverage that’s made from premium micro-ground matcha and served with steamed milk.

As for the newly-launched Black Sesame Pure Matcha Latte with Taro Foam, it is a whimsical and indulgent treat which marries pure matcha with a velvety black sesame sauce. Topped with a frothy layer of aromatic purple taro foam, the result is a nutty, earthy and richly-flavoured beverage.

Other then the delicious beverages, Starbucks brings us new all-new delectable dishes on their breakfast menu, ranging from wraps, bagels, pita and many others.

The breakfast sets are all available till 11.30am daily and until 2.30pm on weekends and public holidays.

Some dishes that really intrigued me were the Scrambled Egg & Turkey Ham Pita (S$7.50/set, S$5.90/a la carte)  and the Chicken Ham, Egg White & Tomato with Wholemeal Bagel (S$8.50/set, S$6.90/a la carte)

The Scrambled Egg & Turkey Ham Pita is a combination of fluffy cheese scrambled eggs, turkey ham, mayo and lettuce within soft, chewy pita bread.

As for the Chicken Ham, Egg White & Tomato with Wholemeal Bagel, it consists of chicken ham, egg white, cherry tomatoes, cheese and lettuce between a wholemeal bagel.

They both sound absolutely mouthwatering to me, and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into both hearty breakfast dishes.

Other dishes that are perfect for a light breakfast are the Overnight Oats with Pomegranate, Apricot, Fruit & Nut Mix (S$5.80) and Almond Butter & Jelly Roll (S$3.90). Both new additions to the breakfast menu are lighter alternatives compared to the set items.

The Overnight Oats with Pomegranate, Apricot, Fruit & Nut Mix is a hearty union of overnight oats (made with almond milk), pomegranate, apricot and a yummy medley of fruits, seeds and nuts. Sounds like the perfect refreshing and healthy breakfast to me!

On the other hand, the Almond Butter & Jelly Roll is made of a soft bun coated with almond butter and jelly and then topped with crunchy chopped almonds. Slightly more indulgent and sinful, but this definitely makes for a delicious breakfast.
