New Sunday Folks Strawberry Cloud Cold Brew Will Send You to Cloud Nine

Dessert cafe Sunday Folks has launched two new exciting menu items: the Kaya Toast Ice Cream and Strawberry Cloud Cold Brew.

Most of us have probably seen pictures of Sunday Folks’ recognisable tall soft serve swirls perched atop golden-brown waffles on the internet. Now, they’re here to add more to our dessert feeds.

Check out the new Sunday Folks Strawberry Cloud Cold Brew. An adventurous concoction of their blackout cold brew with strawberry compote, fresh strawberries, topped with a cheesy cloud foam, this is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and quench your thirst at the same time.

I’ll concede that a cheesy cloud foam does sound a little incongruous with a cold brew, but it is plausible with the strawberry. After all, strawberry cheesecakes are such a popular pairing.

If you’re in the mood for something more substantial, have breakfast in a cone with their Kaya Toast Ice Cream. Many places have made their renditions of local kaya breakfast inspired dishes and desserts, but they’ve never hit as close to the real thing as this one.

The kaya-based ice cream and accompanying buttered toast turns breakfast into its refreshing dessert version. That’s not to mention the thoughtful swirl of coffee caramel sauce to complete the experience of a morning kopi.
