Taking place every Friday to Sunday from 29 Sep 2023 to 31 Oct 2023, NOF9 is intended to be the most immersive Halloween experience that will leave you screaming for more. My experience at Nights of Fright 9
As the sun sets and night time approaches, Sunway Lagoon is transformed into an eerie park filled with ghosts, killers, and monsters. Upon entering the park you’ll be greeted by a few dead guests who are delighted to see you. Take a stroll along the park and you’ll see many more of the ghouls who might surprise you with a trick or two.
Take a trip down south to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre – OUT.BACK.ATTACK! Experience this iconic terror with a twist, exclusively at Nights of Fright 9, where we find the secret shed out back in Texas. This shed just so happens to be Leatherface’s lair where he keeps a collection of all his victims. Step through the shadowy mist, where you may encounter his unfortunate victims… or could you be the next?
If you’re in need of a haircut, I suggest visiting The Legend of Sweeney Todd. Are you willing to uncover the truth behind the infamous Sweeney Todd’s barber shop? Perhaps if you’re hungry, you can also indulge in Mrs. Lovett’s pie. Many say it’s to-die-for. Wander through the labyrinth and discover the vengeful souls who mysteriously disappeared.
Harvest season just ended, but where did all the animals go? At Animalium, a toxic and unforgiving wasteland was left behind at the end of the world. The last harvest was completely destroyed and strange creatures have made this place their new home. Do you dare to explore the abandoned barns and uncover the humans that were morphed into ‘humanimal’ form?
News just broke that there’s a Murder at Madam Zhu’s. Unravel the chaos that ensued at Madame Zhu’s Noodle House in Hong Kong. At this very private and exclusive restaurant, a murderous chef is on the loose. Running through the maze of private dining rooms, customers savouring their meals were butchered by a cleaver. Don’t miss the experience of Lucha Libre 2 in UV3D where you’ll meet some crazy Mexican wrestlers. This underground wrestling event has 2 rings and a stadium backstage filled with mayhem. Discover the fresh frights of the immersive haunted studio tour, Hammer’s Icons of Horror, and the chilling tale of ScaryTales Theatre: Dark Silk. Classic scares from past years are returning to Nights of Fright 9 for an encore. Revisit the terrifying memories of Horrorwood Studios and The Asylum.
