This three-day gastronomic festival will be happening from 10 – 12 October 2019, so keep these days free. You can look forward to festival-exclusive dishes from celebrity chef restaurants such as table65, Fratelli Trattoria and TEPPAN by Chef Yonemura.

Haven’t had the chance to dine at one Michelin-starred table65? What about Fratelli Trattoria and TEPPAN, both helmed by celebrity chefs?

Fret not, because the GREAT Wine & Dine Festival will feature dishes from these acclaimed restaurants. Enjoy culinary creations like the Roast Duck Breast With Berries, Sauce Royale & Oxalis from table65—it’s sure to delight the tastebuds.

Frattelli Trattoria will be presenting Gnochetti Ala Pescatora (potato gnocchi with seafood), a hearty combination that isn’t too heavy on the palate.

TEPPAN, on the other hand, will serve up an intriguing Smoked Duck Miso Rice Cake.

If you love your lobsters, L.A. cult favourite Lobsterdamus is also coming to town. Known for their grilled wild-caught Maine lobsters, don’t miss their first pop-up dining concept in Singapore. With dishes Lobster Truffle Fries and Grilled Lobster, and even Grilled Lobster With Garlic Noodles (known as the Lobster Noodz), you know you’re in for a great time.

Wine lovers can rejoice, because there’ll be a carefully-curated showcase of over 400 labels of wines and sakes at the festival—including the world’s best wines and Award nominees from the Wine Pinnacle Awards, presented by Genting Singapore. Hailing from Australia, Lebanon, Spain, France and more, the wine selection will blow you away with their rich history and complex flavour.

Keep a lookout for a special Japanese zone featuring sake breweries flown in from Japan, and showcased in Singapore for the first time.
