Gin lovers, this one’s for you! If you’re a frequent gin drinker, you’ll know that most gins have alcohol-by-volume (ABV) of 36% – 50%. What if I told you that there’s a gin with ABV 77%?

That’s right, Scottish distillery Twin River Distillery has created the world’s strongest gin. Aptly named Uncut, this gin comes straight from the still.
Launched at the Gin Festival: North East on 9 & 10 February 2018, this incredibly potent brew only has a limited run of 101 bottles.

Described as having a “creamy nutty scent”, this powerful liquor even has a sweet spiciness and heavy juniper tones. Mmm, just thinking about the flavour profile makes me want to get my hands on a bottle!
If you’re willing to shell out GBP 65 (approx. S$120), you better head over to the distillery’s website to grab a bottle. Or better yet, get your overseas friends to snag one for you.
Psst, if you buy a bottle, let us know how strong this gin really is. And remember, a little goes a long way, so drink responsibly!
Date & Time: From 9 February 2018 onwards
Prices: GBP 65 (approx. S$120), not including any shipping fees
