Fans of Middle Eastern cuisine will be delighted to know that Urban Bites, the pioneer of authentic Lebanese cuisine in Singapore since 2007, has launched its latest weekend brunch menu, in addition to new menu items on the regular menu.
Entering its 10th anniversary with its kitchen helmed by Chef Ara, the daughter of the late Chef Ghazi Khanashat, the restaurant prides itself on using modern cooking methods and attractive presentation of their dishes.
Tuck into signature dishes such as the Mixed Grill ($33) and if you can’t decide from their variety of starters go for the Sampler Platter ($28) that comes with falafel, lamb kibbehs and hummus amongst others. They also offer a selection of Lebanese wines, arak and cocktails.
Brunch menu offerings include freshly baked Cheese Manouche ($16) and the popular Middle Eastern breakfast staple — Eggs With Lamb Shashouka ($20)
