In contrast to the usual KL pork noodles, the ones here hail from Sabah and feature slices of meat rather than the minced variety. Infused with the enticing scent of scallion oil and complemented by their signature Sabah chilli sauce, these noodles offer a distinct flavour. You can consider adding pork lard, pork liver, pork kidney, and pork tendon to your dish for an extra satisfying meal.
