Sanrio fans, we’re calling you! Taiwanese cafe Wong Fu Fu is collaborating with Cinnamoroll to bring you a super fuwafuwa and kawaii pop-up from 24 Sep 2025 onwards!

If the cafe’s name sounds familiar, that’s because it is. Wong Fu Fu previously held a Crayon Shin-Chan pop-up. Now, they’re bringing the 2nd most beloved character (losing out to Pompompurin this year), along with a delectable selection of special dishes available for a limited time only!

The cafe went all out with decorations, including posters, banners, and even adorable little Cinnamoroll cushions that are super huggable. It’s genuinely a Sanrio and Cinnamoroll fan’s paradise.
The pop-up menu offers a selection of 3 mains — Grilled Salmon with Rice and Beetroot Cream Sauce (S$21.90), Grilled Beef Burger with Smoky BBQ Sauce (S$20.90), and Taiwan-Style Steamed Herbal Chicken Soup with Shiitake Mushrooms (S$18.90). Fyi, the burger has a plant-based patty option too!

Their Grilled Salmon with Rice and Beetroot Cream Sauce comes with rice shaped in a petite Cinnamoroll form, floating above the pink beetroot cream sauce with 2 slices of salmon submerged in it.
The cream sauce works surprisingly well with the salmon, adding a sweet aftertaste to both the salmon and rice.

If your taste buds prefer something less rich, try their Taiwan-Style Herbal Steamed Herbal Chicken Soup with Shiitake Mushrooms.

The soup is rich and clean with herbal flavours, perfect if you’re dragging along your family members who’ll actually pay the bill, but still want to enjoy the food.

The chicken drumstick receives glowing reviews from me as well. Super tender and falls off the bone nicely, while absorbing the same herbal flavours as the soup.

Of course, you can’t have a pop-up without limited-edition products too! Any snacks and finger food you order come packaged in these cute Cinnamoroll snack boxes. You have options like Korean Fried Chicken with Soy Garlic Glaze (S$14.90), Golden Fried Seafood-in-a Box (S$15.90), and Tater Tots with Taiwan Mochi Balls (S$13.90).

Those tater tots and mochi balls were calling our name. The fried snacks are snuggled comfily into a bag that keeps the food warm and the insides of the box grease-free.
The Taiwan mochi balls had a pastry-like exterior and chewy, sweet filling. Get these specifically for the sweet potato mochi balls that pair well with their truffle mayo sauce.

Craving desserts? They’ve got you covered with their Soft Hokkaido Milk Swiss Roll (S$14.90). The Swiss roll embodies the soft and fuwa fuwa nature of this pop-up; it’s so easy to slice open and sink your teeth into. Just excuse how you need to cut open Cinnamoroll’s face.

No cafe is complete without drinks. You have 3 choices, all arriving with a cloud of white cotton candy covering the cup. They are the Floaty Cloud Matcha Latte (S$11.90), Strawberry Field Matcha Latte (S$12.90), and Blue Horizon Lychee Soda (S$11.90). Do finish these drinks quickly, as the cotton candy melts quickly and coats the cup in sticky residue.
I guess the matcha craze hasn’t subsided yet. Well, more to you, matcha fiends.

They also offer Iced/Hot Cafe Latte and Iced/Hot Cocoa Latte, both costing S$9.90. The drinks arrive in these small yet sturdy Cinnamoroll cups.

While they aren’t part of the Cinnamoroll pop-up, Wong Fu Fu will also be debuting their ginormous 5-litre MEGA! Milo Matcha-Zilla and #LISACONFIRMEDCANNOTFINISH Cloudy Blue Matcha Coconut Latte.
No, that’s not a typo. These are the actual names of the drinks. Bring your whole extended family along if you order them.

So, what are you waiting for? Wong Fu Fu is only a 5-minute walk from Bugis MRT! Keep in mind that the cafe has a minimum spending policy of S$20 per person, so prepare your wallets.
