The World Oyster Festival 2017 is happening from 1 – 14 July 2017 at Greenwood Fish Market & Bistro. A selection of oysters from all over the world will be available for tasting at the fifth edition of this annual event.

And yes, if you’re wondering, the origin of the oysters will produce varied tastes and textures! You’ll have to head down to find out the difference.

With over 20 varieties of fresh oysters, such as the Tsarskaya No.3, Gillardeau, Fine de Claire, Belon “OOO”, Mary Point and Golden Mantle, you’ll be spoilt for choice and bound to find one that will fancy your palate.

If the many different names seem intimidating to you, just go for the Tasting Platter ($99), which will include 16 pieces specially curated by the chef!
