We might have found the perfect event for all you sushi-loving yogis — Yoga From The Sky: Sushi Edition is happening on 16 July 2017 at Raffles Quay.

First-of-its-kind, this event is a Japanese-themed yoga session emphasising on Shinshin Tōitsu-dō (心身統一道), roughly translated as “way of mind and body unification”, which will be led by a special guest Japanese instructor.

After a 60-minute yoga session, indulge (not gorge) yourself on an assortment of sushi whilst sipping on free flow Japanese green tea. There will be a traditional Japanese tea ceremony live presentation, and a demonstration on how to prepare nigiri sushi.

Essentially, a mini introduction to Japanese culture in a two-hour session. If you know someone who loves both yoga and sushi, share this article with them!

Date & Times: 16 July 2017, 10am – 12:10pm or 1:30pm – 3:40pm

Price: $29 per pax
