Now that Mother’s Day is over, it’s almost time to celebrate Dad on his special day. Lawry‘s The Prime Rib Singapore is here to bring you a special Father’s Day Menu, available for a limited time only.

From 15 – 17 June 2018, you can look forward to a meal that promises Chef Sherwin Sim’s classics, priced at $98++ per pax.

The meal will kick off with the famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad – The Chef’s Special, comprising smoked salmon with tobiko and parmesan cheese on a mix of crisp romaine, iceberg lettuce, shredded beets, baby spinach, chopped eggs and croutons tossed in Lawry’s exclusive vintage dressing.

A bowl of Truffle Mushroom Soup will then be served after, with king scallop, chive bits and herbed croutons.

Diners will then be able to select from three different mains.

First up is the Lawry’s Signature Roasted Prime Rib of Beef – The Daddy’s Cut. It consists of a 160-gram slow-roasted USDA Prime Rib carved and served with velvety US Idaho Mashed Potatoes and Yorkshire pudding.

And if that isn’t to your liking then you can also for the Oven Baked Cajun Salmon with Ikura served atop champagne cream sauce, or the USDA Black Angus Filet Mignon with US Idaho Mashed Potatoes.

To end off the meal with a sweet touch, you will also have a choice of decadent Truffle Chocolate Cake with Baileys Hazelnut Ice Cream or the Apple Crumble Tart with Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

I don’t know about you, but that sounds to me like a perfectly indulgent way to say, “I love you, Dad”!
