The third edition of the Michelin Guide Singapore’s award ceremony is back this 25 July 2018! Long acknowledged as the world’s leading authority on restaurants, the coveted Michelin stars are considered the highest honour that a restaurant can attain.
Held at Resorts World Sentosa, the prestigious Michelin Guide Singapore 2018 Star Revelation and Gala Dinner will treat guests to an exquisite six-course wine-pairing meal.
Six internationally recognised chefs from Michelin-starred establishments including ‘Demon Chef’ Alvin Leung (three Michelin stars) from the newly-launched Forbidden Duck, will present their creative spins on iconic Singaporean dishes.
