Step into the world of three charismatic chefs, who, after having bonded over idle banter, have decided to present a six-hand dinner for only two nights!

On the 17 and 31 October 2018, Chef Eugene See (Birds Of A Feather), Chef Miller Mai (Ding Dong) and Chef Jeremmy Chiam (Le Binchotan) will prepare a six-course Backstreet Bengs dinner that showcases some restaurant signatures as well as some exclusive dishes solely for the event.

For S$90++ per person, you can expect redefined renditions of your favourite and familiar local recipes. The Baked Eggplant from Birds Of A Feather will set your heart aflutter with its crisp mantou triangles that are the ideal vehicle to sop up every last drop of the housemade yuxiang sauce.

It’s savoury, sweet and carries a quiet nostalgia that’ll leave you wishing for more!

Another stellar and unforgettable dish (that we insist you take the time to savour) is the novel interpretation of Chee Cheong Fun. Its skin is made with thinly sliced scallops, before being stuffed with blue swimmer crab meat and tiger prawns.

The addition of delightful ikura just brings the dish together, which made us implore Chef Miller to put this dish as a mainstay on his menu!

Seating will be limited to 60 diners per evening, with diners being assigned a schedule the day before their dinner.  Reserve your seat by emailing to [email protected]. This will be one dinner event you won’t want to miss!

Date & Time: 17 & 31 Oct 2018, 7pm

Price: S$90++ per pax
