You know you can count on McDonald’s Singapore to come up with new and exciting items on their menu like the latest Coffee Milk Tea Cone a few weeks back.

With Ramadan around the corner, they’re bringing back the locally-inspired Nasi Lemak Burger from 25 April 2019 onwards! Their Chendol Flavoured Desserts and Banana Pie are making a comeback too.

I’m sure the Nasi Lemak Burger (from S$6.20) needs no introduction after its popular initial launch back in 2017. The response was so overwhelming it was fully sold out within two weeks.

A take on one of our favourite local delights, the burger features a coconut-flavoured chicken thigh coated in a cornflake crust. It’s topped off with a fried egg, cucumber slices, caramelised onions and the signature sweet and spicy sambal sauce.

You can get it in an Extra Value Meal (from S$8), or with the Nasi Lemak Burger Feast (S$9). The latter includes medium Fries, a small Coca-Cola Original Taste (Less Sugar) and the delicious Banana Pie.

The Banana Pie (S$1.40) is one of my personal favourites. Featuring a crispy crust filled with sweet banana chunks, I definitely would be heading down to get it!

Dessert lovers, you can’t miss the Chendol McFlurry (S$3.10). This decadent dessert is a combination of Vanilla Ice Cream, Gula Melaka and Chewy Green Jelly Bits — bound to hit the spot for anyone with a sweet tooth!

For those who prefer something lighter on the palate, the Chendol Soft Serve (From S$1) is also back exclusively at Dessert Kiosks.

If you are a fan of locally-inspired delights, you will love these returning favourites!

Dates & Times: Available from 25 April 2019 (all Mcdonald’s outlets and dessert kiosks)

Prices: S$1 – S$9
