Rice-lovers, rejoice! This new eatery in JB, Nasi 7 Belanga, specialises in rice. More specifically, they serve seven different types of rice all on one plate!

Nasi 7 Belanga just opened on 12 February 2020, and they’ve already gathered large crowds to their doors, waiting to try their special seven-rice plates. The reason why it’s so unique because these different types of rice can only be found in specific regions of Malaysia, but this eatery has managed to whip up seven types of rice on just one plate.

The seven types of rice available here include Nasi Tomato, Nasi Lemak Pandan, Nasi Serai (lemongrass), Nasi Tembikai (melon), Nasi Hujan Panas, Nasi Putih (white) and Nasi Minyak (oil).

Of course, you can’t have rice without curry and Nasi 7 Belanga has a wide selection of different curries to make your meal complete, like Kari Kandar Ayam and Ayam Rose. Coupled with the seven brightly-coloured rice scoops, the dish is a rainbow platter of savoury foods that will definitely satisfy your carb cravings.

They are also halal, so you can enjoy this meal with all your Muslim friends.
