Even as we step into Phase 1 of the nation’s reopening after two full months of ‘Circuit Breaker’ period, let’s not forget about the healthcare workers who have been continuously working post 100 days since COVID-19 changed our lives.
While we came together on 30 March 2020 to salute these angels for their hard work by means of cheers and claps from our balconies, F&B establishments are also doing its part to ensure that healthcare workers are fuelled with nutritious food to keep them going.
In order to express gratitude, a new F&B start-up, Love Pink Food conducted a food donation drive, sending healthy bentos to Ren Ci Nursing Home @ Ang Mo Kio on 21 May 2020 as part of #SGUnited to share their love.
Recently launched to provide consumers with a nourishing and balanced range of food items, Love Pink Food is the brain-child of Black Pearl Steakhouse’s chef-owner Jonathan Tan and his business partner, Pearly Wong, an ex-banker with three young kids and a passion for food.
With the aim to marry convenience and quality by the provision of thoughtfully presented and reasonably priced meals, Love Pink Food’s bento boxes are specially curated with a combination of fresh ingredients to ensure maximum nutrition, delectable flavours, and exquisite consistencies.
Love Pink Food currently offers five bento sets priced from S$20.80 to S$29.80 each. The respective elements in each bento are specially prepared with the application of different cooking methods coupled with a unique pairing of ingredients for a wholesome dining experience.
