Love Kurobuta pork? Today’s your lucky day! For a limited period, Jiak Song Mee Hoon Kway, helmed by MasterChef Singapore finalist, Aaron Wong, will be serving a limited-edition Kurobuta Mee Hoon Kway for S$5.80 only!

As the unofficial face of mee hoon kway, Aaron took days of trial and error to perfect his Kurobuta Mee Hoon Kway. “This dish is something I have been experimenting with for a while and it is very satisfying to see it come to life. My whole ethos is to provide everyday food to the masses and I like to think of how this dish brings a delectable cut of meat, commonly found in restaurants, to the heartlands. It fits in nicely with the other dishes on our menu while still providing a touch of value-for-money indulgence,” said Aaron.

Known for its sweet buttery flavour, Kurobuta pork is more tender, juicy, and moist— a match made in heaven for Jiak Song’s mee hoon kway and flavourful broth. The addition of Kurobuta further elevates a traditional bowl of mee hoon kway.
