The talented chefs in the bright yellow food truck will cook up the crabs in 6 delicious methods: Asam, Kam HeongMarmite and Sour & Spicy. If you enjoy your crab with a spicy kick, it’s highly recommended you go for the Kam Heong and Asam flavour.

Those of you prefer to enjoy the taste of the natural sweetness of the crabs can request for your crab to be Steamed or Salt Baked. Don’t forget to pair it with the homemade sour green chilli sauce for an added tang.
