Hopefully, even with the recent rainy weather, you aren’t finding it too chilly for a scoop of ice cream. Especially since here’s great news coming from Burnt Cones, which is celebrating its fourth anniversary this year.

Burnt Cones has announced the launch of a 1-day anniversary promotion for their gelato. Only on 2 Dec 2024 after 3pm, each scoop of creamy goodness will be priced at S$1 (U.P.: S$5 for Single, S$6 for Signature, S$7 for Supremo). This sweet steal is limited to just 10,000 scoops, so be sure to get in queue before the clock strikes 3.

The gelato scoops can be redeemed at any of their 5 outlets, which are located in NUS, SMU, Sunset Way, United Square and NEWest Mall. For an added crisp, get your scoop in one of their signature caramelised Cones for S$1.

Given how much the brand prides itself on high-quality gelato, this is an excellent opportunity to taste it for yourself. It recently released a new flavour, inspired by the trending Dubai chocolate candy bar. The addition was first teased on social media before being launched officially on 26 Oct.

The newest star, Dubai Chocolate, is a luxurious blend of nutty pistachio and milk chocolate gelato. Chopped pistachios and tahini Knafeh complete the combination, giving it a delightful crunch.

Not a pistachio fan? Fret not, for there are plenty more choices to pick from. A hot customer favourite is Ube, a sweet, earthy gelato with a hint of vanilla, flavoured with purple yam. Sorbet lovers can also try the flavour of the month, White Grape Sorbet for a fruity, refreshing treat.

So maybe, as perfect as the weather is for sleeping, it wouldn’t hurt to skip your afternoon nap for a day. The S$1 per scoop discount may not be there after, but your bed definitely will be!
