Looking for an exciting group experience which costs nothing? Check out “The Trip: What Happened in Larspura?” at the Stamford Arts Centre (28 Feb to 6 Mar). It is a free escape room experience with 3 rooms, each lasting 30 minutes. Players must solve puzzles to unravel the mysteries of a voyage to the island of Larspura.

The story revolves around you feeling missed out as your friends return with sun-kissed skin and a bizarre silence about their adventures in an idyllic paradise known as Larspura.

All you have heard are whispers of wild nights and rumours that your friend Ben hasn’t been himself since the trip. Unravel the mystery through these 3 unique escape room experiences that incorporate interactive puzzles at The Trip: What Happened in Larspura.

1. The Birthday Party

A notification pings. Your Larspura group chat, silent for months, flickers back to life. It’s your friend Ben inviting you to his birthday party.

Reunite with him and the rest of the crew to uncover the truth about their legendary trip.

2. Ben’s Brain

You’ve heard that the Ben you formerly knew has disappeared. In his place, a hollow shell is haunted by the fiends of Larspura. Enter the crevices of Ben’s mind, assemble the remnants of what occurred and liberate him.

3. Operation Laspura

Beneath the holiday picture-perfect exterior of the paradise island Larspura exists a dark hidden past. One that has trapped many Singaporean holidaymakers like Ben.
