Kebabs Faktory is a true-blue Singaporean chain bringing Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean delights to our shores. Think gyros, shawarmas, and pita bread dipped in silky smooth hummus dip. It even has vegan-friendly options if that’s your thing.
Let’s look at a few must-try items that you’ll have to try.
Kebab Faktory’s signature Döner Kebab (S$11.90 a la carte) features Turkish Tombik bread stuffed to the brim with familiar toppings like garlic mayo, herbed yoghurt, and either chicken or lamb for protein.
You can even substitute the meat for pulled jackfruit, which has a slightly sweet taste and a texture similar to shredded meat.
