If you’ve been meaning to plan a hotpot catch-up without overspending, Haidilao’s April promo happening at all Johor outlets might be your cue.

The main deal is a 2-pax set at RM67.90, which works out to under RM35 per person — pretty solid considering it comes with a comforting sauerkraut (pickled vegetable) fish soup base and a curated set of ingredients to cook through.

For those who can’t resist more meat (honestly, same), pork slices are going for RM9.90 per portion, down from the usual price — a small upgrade that makes a huge difference, especially if you like your hotpot on the meat-heavy side. There’s a limit of 3 portions per table.

Coming in a bigger group? There’s also a 3 to 4 pax set at RM97.60, which builds on the same sauerkraut base but throws in extras like additional pork slices and even a bonus portion of shrimp paste.

It’s a better fit for small gatherings where everyone wants a bit more variety without complicating the order.

If you’re dropping by earlier in the day, weekday value sets at RM39.90 (before 6pm) offer another wallet-friendly option, with a mix-and-match style selection across meats, vegetables, and carbs.

Some tiers of the promo even come with RM30 vouchers for your next visit, which is a nice touch if you’re already planning a return.

Haidilao’s April promo at Johor outlets is simple, well-priced, and does exactly what it needs to. Good soup, solid portions, and just enough flexibility to customise your meal. If you’ve been craving hotpot without the usual splurge, this one makes the decision easy.
