The first-ever Jerusalem Market Cuisine is coming to Singapore for its debut! Ever wonder what Jerusalem food tastes like or how they’re prepared? Well, now you can try it for yourself, because for just six days, Wild Honey at Mandarin Gallery is holding the unique culinary event named A Taste of Jerusalem.

Yossi Elad, Founder and Executive Chef of internationally acclaimed restaurants, will be there to showcase a variety of Jerusalem dishes and even lead a Masterclass on 5 November 2018.

You can also head over to Wild Honey from 2 – 7 November 2018 to enjoy an all-day a la carte menu featuring 10 standout dishes. One of them includes Yossi’s very own version of shakshukit, a deconstructed spiced kebab with tahini (sesame dip), schug (Yemeni hot sauce), harissa (hot chilli pepper paste).

To add on to the experience, Wild Honey has curated a menu of their signature dishes with Mediterranean influence for you to try. All dishes will be going at S$25 – S$35 ++ each.
