That free shipping deal is for Amazon Prime members but non-members can sign up for a free 30-day Prime membership trial. Membership costs a low S$2.99 a month beyond that.
New Prime signups also get S$20 off their first order of S$40 or more on Amazon Fresh from 1-31 July.
