Situated at New World Centre where Sheng Siong Supermarket is, this air-conditioned food court recently celebrated its grand opening in Jan 2026, though it had already opened its doors in October last year. What kind of food options are available here? Let me get right to it!

Open 24 hours, Uncle Bu Mala Tang 大叔黏糊麻辣烫 doesn’t sell your usual mala tang where the gravy is watery. Instead, the broth here is full-bodied, rich, and sticky, coating every ingredient like a warm glove.

There are a total of 3 flavours for you to choose from — Mala Tang Sticky Spicy, Mala Tang Traditional Flavour, and Mala Tang Tomato Flavour — all going for S$3.18 per 100g. There’s also fried skewers and mala xiang guo.
