Buttrmilk is a Southern-style fried chicken and waffles eatery that first opened in late 2021 at KINEX. It came from the same people that brought us other restaurants such as 800 Degrees Woodfired Pizza, Fatburger and Blimpie.

For a Western food court stall, Buttrmilk will definitely turn some heads with its extensive menu. You can expect to get the tried and true Buttrmilk offerings like Drumstick & Thigh Combo (S$9.90/S$11.90) that comes with coleslaw and tater tots or rice. You can also get Chicken Wings (S$2.50/S$5/S$9) that comes with either BBQ or hot sauce.

Those who enjoy the marriage of savoury and sweet should opt for The Buttrmilk Original (S$7.50) which is a boneless fried chicken breast sandwiched in a crispy fluffy waffle. If waffles aren’t your thing, you can opt for Pancakes (S$4.90) which you can have with Turkey Ham and Fried Egg (S$6.90).

Light eaters can choose from a variety of sandwiches such as Egg & Cheese (S$4.50/S$6.50), Grilled Chicken (S$6.90/S$8.90) and Turkey Ham & Cheese (S$4.50/S$6.50).
