Start off your meal with the restaurant’s Signature Collagen Fish Soup, a rich and milky bowl packed with all the goodness extracted from a pot of simmering fish bone broth. Here, you can choose to complement your soup with the Tiger Grouper (S$48/ S$68) or a succulent whole Red Grouper (S$88)

Either choice will make for a delectable bowl of soup that will not only warm your soul but also enrich your skin with the necessary nutrients and minerals—the secret to flawless, porcelain-looking skin!

Don’t expect the usual roast chicken here at By Xuan. The eatery’s Oven Roasted Chicken with Crispy Spiced Garlic (S$16/ S$32) is a plate that features juicy chunks of roasted to perfection chicken topped with a generous amount of fried spicy garlic for that extra crunch and oomph of heat that is bound to leave you craving for more.

Pamper yourself and your dining partner by ending your meal with By Xuan’s Lobster ‘Pao Fan’ (S$128). Whilst their Fried Rice with Salted Fish and Chicken (S$16) makes for a classic, never-go-wrong choice, this claypot of Lobster ‘Pao Fan’  heavily impresses with its homemade broth and the natural sweetness of lobster. For a melange of textures, crispy rice is added to your pao fan. This is exactly the kind of indulgence you will never regret.
