Matchastic Xanda (S$55.90) is a green tea and white chocolate cheesecake inspired by Asian flavours. This gorgeous cake features a base of green tea sponge topped with a layer of white chocolate mousse and green tea infused cream cheese. To finish, the surface of the cake is coated with green tea sponge crumbs.
