CHAGEE has officially opened not one, but two new flagship outlets — one in Mid Valley, and another at WOLO KL, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The latter proudly takes the crown as the brand’s largest store in Malaysia, a grand addition to one of KL’s vibrant streets.

The Grand Opening celebration runs from 17 to 19 Oct, featuring exclusive treats and prizes. Before we spill the tea, let’s take a closer look at what makes this space special.
Nestled along Yakiniku Great in the WOLO KL Global building, the new CHAGEE is hard to miss. Towering over 2 storeys, the facade alone makes a statement.

Step inside, and you’re greeted with a tranquil, lobby-like atmosphere that feels more boutique hotel than beverage store.
During our visit, the upper floor was closed for a private event. It’s an equally charming space, designed for leisurely sips and long conversations. Downstairs, however, there’s already plenty to marvel at.

The magnificent Malaysian-themed mural takes centre stage; it’s a stunning 3D installation that captures the essence of CHAGEE’s artistry and local flair. (Tempted to touch it? Maybe don’t — though we understand the urge!)

The decor follows through with polished wood, soft lighting, and shelves lined with CHAGEE’s signature teabags and exquisite ceramic sets. Sadly, these beauties aren’t for sale — more on that in a moment!

Now for the juicy part — the Grand Opening promos. From 13 to 19 Oct, enjoy 50% off your second cup, and from 17 to 19 Oct, it’s Buy 1 Free 1 all the way. Visitors can also take part in the Big Big Cup Tear & Win campaign.
Yes, this is how you can win CHAGEE’s exclusive merch!
Simply scan the QR code provided by the staff to redeem prizes and discounts through the CHAGEE app. These deals are valid at both CHAGEE Bukit Bintang and Mid Valley outlets.

Our team couldn’t resist trying the Da Hong Pao Milk Tea and the seasonal Green Grape Milk Tea — both delightfully smooth and fragrant, clocking in at under RM14 each during the promo.
Make sure to visit before the promo ends. Before you leave, don’t forget to join the queue for a few pictures by the mural!
