Give a man a Durian pastry and he’ll be happy for a day. Teach him how to make the Durian pastry, and he’ll be happy for life.

This 18 August 2017, join the Asian Culinary Institute‘s pastry chef as he/she teaches you how to bake your very own Durian Cream Puff and Durian Mousse Cake. This course will give you a hands-on opportunity to learn the two delicious recipes that you can bring home at the end of the day to savour or share with family and friends (if you’re feeling generous).

Take home the recipes and techniques needed to bake these pastries and you will never have to buy expensive ones from bakeries outside ever again!

Date & Time: 18 August 2017, 9am – 5pm

Prices: $69.02 / $230.05 per pax
