Eva’s Pancake, a kopitiam stall selling min jiang kueh is located at 95 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh. It was started by Eva Lee back in Dec 2020 when she was just 27 years of age. Like all budding hawkers, there were challenges with physical exertion, long hours and the humid conditions of a small stall. All these factors prompted Eva to consider throwing in the towel.

However, in 2022, she gained widespread recognition on social media when she appeared on various media sites like Eatbook and 8 Days, which catapulted her business and gave her the drive to do her best everyday.

Persistent size constraints at Eva’s current stall led her to consider relocating to a hawker centre. Ultimately, she secured a stall at Geylang East Centre Market & Food Corner on Aljunied Ave 2 and will be moving in on Mar 2024. The last day of operations for her current Toa Payoh outlet will be on 31 Dec 2023.

Eva shared, “It’s with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to Toa Payoh! The past 3 years have been a challenging yet rewarding journey. I’ll fondly remember all my customers who, from strangers, evolved into regular patrons and friends. I’m deeply thankful for their unwavering support, and I’m committed to maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence in my new place.”

“Please come and support my new stall,” she added.
